    <content type="html">Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:&lt;br /&gt;65 pound Hang squat clean, 12 reps&lt;br /&gt;7 Pull-ups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9 rounds given extra minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't know what hurts more, my arms or calluses. From the crossfit comments everyone is still dieing from all the pullups they had to do yesterday, which I didn't do. And also everyone's hands are torn too.</content>

I've had worse though :P</content>

It really got my arms shaking and lactic acid flowing.</content>

I think my chest is skyrocketing. Probably from the powerlifts.</content>
