Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
65 pound Hang squat clean, 12 reps
7 Pull-ups

9 rounds given extra minute.



I don't know what hurts more, my arms or calluses. From the crossfit comments everyone is still dieing from all the pullups they had to do yesterday, which I didn't do. And also everyone's hands are torn too.

The 11th rep of the 4th round for bench I failed, no spotter, that was fun. I've had worse though :P

50 reps was broken at times into 2 or 3 sets (about 10-15 seconds of rest). It really got my arms shaking and lactic acid flowing.
